San Juan Capistrano, California, two and a half miles from the ocean. The rose in the photo is Mme. Plantier, and it has a lavender ivy geranium winding around in it. This garden was dismantled completely when i moved to San Diego in 2015, and some roses -- but not all - moved to the new Kathy Strong's Del Cerro Garden. Del Cerro is a community in central San Diego near San Diego State University.
